Pregnancy week 35
At 35 weeks pregnant, the most actively developing part is your baby’s brain. Neurons are forming brain connections so that she can receive stimulation at birth.
Pregnancy week 34
Congratulations you are still going strong at 34 Weeks Pregnant! If you have been worrying about pre-term labour this is the week to let go of that worry as your little darling is now fully formed and his lungs are well developed. If he came along now, he will have a great chance of survival and if he has no other health problems he will do fine.
Pregnancy week 33
It’s exciting to learn that at 33 weeks pregnant our little one has finally developed an immune system of her own. Antibodies have been passed on from you to her and these are going to be vital in warding off the germs and infections once she is finally in your arms.
Pregnancy week 32
This week’s major development is that your baby at 32 weeks pregnant can now suckle and swallow in preparation for the transition to feed from the mouth.
Pregnancy week 31
At 31 weeks pregnant, your little cupcake is about 40 cm long from crown to toe and weighs about 1.5 kg.
Pregnancy week 30
You have clocked 30 Weeks Pregnant! Your baby currently weighs about 1.4 kilograms and he is the size of lettuce. If he could stand, he would be 39.5 cm tall. His head is about 8cm in diameter. He continues to pile on fat underneath his skin.

At 29 weeks pregnant, your baby weighs 1.2 kilograms, measures about 39 cm from crown to toe and is the same size as a butternut squash.
Pregnancy week 28
Imagine how holding a coconut in your arms would feel. This is how your baby is at 28 weeks pregnant, weighing a little over one kilogram and measuring about 38 cm from crown to toe. The two of you are finally in the last trimester and if he was born today, his survival is more certain.
