Prepare for your baby’s arrival confidently and calmly in our monthly Lamaze classes! Happening every first Saturday of the month, our sessions are led by expert nurse midwives and experienced doulas who guide you through every step of the journey.

From labour techniques and breathing exercises to essential newborn care and breastfeeding tips, you’ll learn everything you need to feel empowered and ready for birth.

The Lamaze class is only offered as part of the antenatal clinic package.
