Pregnancy week 8
You are now 8 weeks Pregnant! Your little bundle of joy has grown from just a handful of tiny cells and can now be medically termed as an embryo. He is about the size of a raspberry.
Pregnancy week 7
You are finally 7 weeks pregnant. The big development this week is that your little one’s hands and legs have begun forming.
Pregnancy week 6
When you are 6 weeks pregnant, your little one is starting to form his main features. If you could see him, you would see that he has little markings in place of his eyes, and nose and small indentations in place of his ears. He is also developing little stubs which will finally grow into arms and legs. His head is a bit oversized. His body will become proportional with time.
Pregnancy week 5
You have missed your period by now. If your cycle is irregular and erratic, there is a chance that you still haven’t found out that you are expecting. If you do know, it will please you to know that while there may not be external evidence of the same, your little one is rapidly growing when you are 5 weeks pregnant
Pregnancy week 4
It is likely that you do not have a clue that you are expecting. This week you will miss your period and when you are 4 weeks pregnant, a pregnancy test may be able to give you the big fat positive.
Pregnancy week 3
Congratulations! You are now officially 3 weeks pregnant. One lucky sperm has finally managed to bore its way through the egg’s outer shell.
Pregnancy week 2
Medically, you are considered to be 2 weeks pregnant but conception hasn’t occurred yet. If you conceive during this cycle your pregnancy will be calculated from the first day of your last period which was two weeks ago.
